You’ll develop dominant ground control,  ground punch neutralization, takedowns, and escapes, all through clear, step-by-step lessons suitable for all experience levels.

The program focuses on functional application, helping you stay calm, strategic, and in control during confrontations taking your BJJ training beyond the mats into practical self-defense.

JKD KALI ESSENTIALS

JKD Kali Essentials teaches core weapon-based and empty-hand skills drawn from Filipino, Malaysian, and Indonesian traditions, along with Wing Chun self-defense systems and concepts used by Jeet Kune Do founder Bruce Lee.

Kali, Escrima, Arnis, and Silat are rooted in battlefield survival and self-preservation, emphasizing weapon systems that translate seamlessly to empty-hand application.

Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun add interception, centerline control, efficient footwork, and close-range hand immobilization.

Training develops speed, precision, reflexes, and control using empty-hand, stick, and knife methods.

The course covers striking systems, flow drills, range awareness, disarms, sparring, and weapon transitions to build functional, real-world confidence.
