I am a fully certified instructor in Jeet Kune Do and Filipino martial arts, with training under the guidance of Paul Vunak. I also hold a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and specialize in Rapid Assault Tactics, Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, and Submission Fighting.
In addition to my martial arts expertise, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Psychology and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. This unique combination of skills allows me to provide my students with a comprehensive and holistic approach to self-defense.
My teaching approach is firmly rooted in evidence-based practices. I believe that everyone has the potential to learn and succeed, regardless of their age, fitness level, or prior experience. I am committed to helping my students achieve their personal goals and develop a lifelong love of martial arts.
